Quality architecture deserves to be seen – not only on the pages of a book, but also directly in public space. Together with the approaching release of the new volume of the Czech Architecture 2024—2025 yearbook, a unique traveling exhibition is therefore also being prepared. It will present to the general public, in the open air, a selection of 35 of the most interesting buildings that map today’s architectural reality, the courage, and the transformation of our cities and landscape. Would you like to know which buildings editor Jan Schindler selected this year and exactly where you will soon be able to meet them face to face?

The exhibition is designed to blend organically with its surroundings and bring architecture closer even to people who do not normally go to galleries. The large-format panels that we are preparing for you these days will contain not only photographs of the selected works, but also textual commentaries. These will clearly explain the deeper meaning of the individual architectural interventions.

The exhibition will soon begin its route, and you will be able to view top-tier architecture completely free of charge during a regular walk through the city. The first stop where you will be able to see the exhibition will be Prague – specifically the area in Karlín by the new HolKa pedestrian bridge. The exhibition will be on view here from June 10 to July 11, so you can combine a pleasant walk along the water with a solid dose of inspiration.
