How did the ceremonial launch of the Czech Architecture 2024—2025 yearbook take place?

Prague’s Invalidovna, a warm June evening, the pulsating atmosphere of the Rohan Design District festival, and hundreds of architecture enthusiasts. This is what the official launch of the new yearbook looked like, carried in the spirit of this year’s volume motto – Slow Buildings. During the evening, editor Jan Schindler explained how challenging it was to select the final 35 buildings from 180 submitted projects. He also pointed out that the biggest obstacle for Czech architects remains the complex administrative system.

The entire production team, which prepared the yearbook completely on the production and editorial side, received loud and well-deserved applause. Visitors and guests of the evening did not hide their enthusiasm and greatly admired the final design of the book.
